By using the yearful.io website (“Service”), a service of Sequelize Ltd T/A Yearful (“Yearful”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms and ensure that you have understood them.

To use the Service you need to sign up for an Account using your legal full name and a valid email address or a valid Google or Facebook account. You will be asked to confirm your email address during the Account sign up process.
When you sign up for Yearful you give your consent to be automatically subscribed to our Yearful Users’ mailing list.
You must be a human (accounts created by automated methods or scripts are not permitted) of an age of at least 13 in order to create the Account and use the Service.
One Account may be used by one person. One person may have more than one Account.
You are responsible for all the activity and content associated with your Account.
You are responsible for keeping your password to the Service safe at all times. Yearful will not be held liable for any damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for using the Service in a legal manner and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
In the event that Yearful, in its sole discretion, considers that you are making any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, and/or your use of the Service is in breach of these Terms, Yearful reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including suspending access to your Account and, in the case of illegal use, instigating legal proceedings.
You have the right to terminate using the Service and cancel your account. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@yearful.io from your registered email address. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Yearful customer, employee, member, or officer may result in immediate account suspension.
Technical processing and transmission of the Service, including the content, is secured by a high-grade SSL encryption for all the Account holders.
If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Yearful) of other Account holders, Yearful reserves the right to immediately suspend your account or throttle your bandwidth consumption.
The Service is currently offered free, as is, to all users on a voluntary "pay what you want" basis. Yearful reserves the right to begin mandatory charging at the time of its choosing and alter the features that are free. You will be given 30 days notice before any changes are made to your Account. During this time you may downgrade/cancel your Account if you so wish.
Yearful may suspend the Service for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades and will not be liable to you for any such suspension.
Yearful reserves the right to make any changes to the Service or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the Service without notice, and will not be liable to you for any such change.
Yearful, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time.
In cases of suspension, Yearful will assist you with exporting your data before deleting your account.
Yearful reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by Yearful.
All the graphics, logos, page headers, button icons and other digital assets on our site are the intellectual property of Yearful which owns the sole copyright.
Yearful’s digital assets may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Yearful’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Yearful. All other trademarks not owned by Yearful or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Yearful or its subsidiaries.
Yearful uses highly fault tolerant cloud servers domiciled in the United Kingdom.
Yearful does not warrant for the website and the service it is providing. Yearful disclaims any warranty of title, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. the service and the website are distributed on the “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Yearful is not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to Force Majeure or other occurrences that are beyond Yearful’s reasonable control. Yearful is not responsible for short, temporary and accidental suspension of the Service, as the result of the circumstances which Yearful could not foresee or suspect.
The Customer recognizes that Yearful does not own or control other networks, information and systems outside of its own network, nor is Yearful responsible for performance or non-performance within such networks.
Yearful reserves the right to update and change Service and its elements, including the Terms from time to time without prior notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including but not limited to the release of new features, tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
The most current version of the Terms is available at any time on this site
This Service shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding any such laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The law of the United Kingdom and UK Court shall be the governing jurisdiction.
